The Shop is where you support the server and earn Premium Points (PP) - the currency used for exclusive in-game items, cosmetics, and benefits. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Premium Points

Premium Points are a panel-side currency tied to your account. They are used to purchase items in the in-game Premium Phone and for special server features. PP does not expire and carries over between sessions.

Five PP packages are available. Each higher tier offers better value per point, with bonus points on top of the base amount:

Choose a package

Click Buy Now on any package card. The Standard Pack is the most popular choice.

Complete checkout

You are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your card details securely.

Instant delivery

On successful payment, you are returned to the panel and your PP balance is updated immediately.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Redwood RPG does not store your card details.

Unban via Shop

The Shop also includes an Unban Purchase option. If your account is banned, you may be eligible to purchase a one-time unban directly through the shop, depending on your ban type. Not all bans qualify - permanent bans for severe violations typically cannot be lifted this way.

Purchase History

The Purchase History tab shows every completed PP transaction on your account:

Shop Items History

The Shop Items tab shows PP spent in the in-game shop - what was purchased and when.
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for PP purchases unless there is a verifiable technical error. Contact staff via a support ticket if you believe your purchase was not credited correctly.
