The Auctions page lists all property auctions on the server - both active and concluded. Houses and businesses that reach the auction block appear here with their current bids and time remaining.
How Auctions Work
When a property goes unclaimed or is listed by an admin for auction, it enters the auction system. Players can bid on it in-game. The highest bidder at the end of the auction period wins ownership.
The panel shows you the current state of all auctions, but bidding is done in-game.
Browsing Auctions
Each auction entry shows:

| Seller | The player or system that listed it |
| Status | Active, Completed, or Cancelled |

Filtering
| Filter | Description |

| All | Every auction regardless of status |
| Active | Currently open for bidding |
| Completed | Concluded auctions |
| House | Filter to house properties only |
| Business | Filter to business properties only |
Status Badges
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| Active | Auction is open - you can bid in-game |
| Completed | Auction ended and a winner was determined |
| Cancelled | Auction was cancelled before completion |
The auction page refreshes its data every 5 minutes. For real-time bid information, check in-game.
