Time Trials are daily solo racing events hosted by Hao, an NPC found at various locations around the map. Each trial sets you behind the wheel of a provided vehicle and sends you through a series of checkpoints - you are racing the clock, not other players.
How to Enter
Walk up to the Hao NPC at an active time trial location and interact to see the available trial. Each trial specifies the vehicle and the par time.
You use the vehicle provided by the event. Personal vehicles are not permitted in time trials.
Rewards

Medal System
Your time is scored against the par time to award a medal:

Daily Reset
Trials reset daily. Your best completion time carries over for the leaderboard, but you can attempt each trial as many times as you want within the day to improve your time.
- Learn the checkpoint layout on your first run - later runs will be much faster
- Each vehicle is fully tuned for the trial route, so use all the performance available
- Brake early and accelerate smoothly through corners - consistency beats speed
