Buying a House

Houses available for purchase are marked on the map. Walk up to the house entrance and use /buyhouse to open the purchase dialog. Requirements:
  • You must be level 7 or higher
  • You must have enough cash on hand (bank balance doesn’t count)
  • You cannot already own a house
  • You cannot currently be renting a house
A confirmation dialog will appear before the purchase goes through. Once confirmed, the house is immediately yours.
If the house is listed for sale by another player, the purchase price goes directly into their bank account - even if they’re offline.

Selling Your House

You have two options: sell to another player at your own price, or sell back to the state.

Player-to-Player Transfer

From the house management menu (open it while inside your house), you can set your house for sale at a custom price. Once listed, any player who meets the level requirement can walk up and buy it with /buyhouse.

Selling Back to the State

Also available from the house management menu. The state pays you 70% of the original purchase price.
Selling back to the state is permanent. All upgrades, stored vehicles, and safebox contents are lost. There is no way to recover them after the sale.
