Houses can be upgraded with three permanent improvements, each purchased from the Settings tab of the house management menu. Upgrades are paid from your bank account and stay with the house until it’s sold.
Upgrades are tied to the house, not your account. If you sell the house, the upgrades are lost.

Available Upgrades

Comfort

$20,000Unlocks the /heal command inside your house. Restore your health without needing a hospital.

Safebox

$50,000Unlocks the Safebox tab in the management menu. Store drugs and materials securely inside your house.

Garage

$150,000Unlocks a 2-vehicle garage. Drive or walk your vehicles in and out. Includes a $100 in-garage repair option.
