The house management menu is your control panel as an owner. Open it while standing outside the house near the entrance - it’s the Dynasty 8 interface.
Overview Tab
This is the main tab. From here you can:
- Rename your house - set a custom name visible on the world label
- Lock / Unlock - locked houses only allow you and your tenants to enter
- Set rent price - makes your house available for rent at that price per payday; set to 0 to disable renting
- Withdraw rent balance - collect accumulated rent payments as cash
- View and evict tenants - see who’s currently renting and remove them if needed
- Put house for sale - lists the house for player-to-player purchase at your set price
- Sell to state - permanently sell the house back at 70% of the original price
Settings Tab
Manage your upgrades here. Each upgrade is purchased once and is permanent until you sell the house.

Safebox Tab
Only visible if you own the Safebox upgrade. Lets you deposit and withdraw drugs and materials stored in the house.

Garage Tab
Only visible if you own the Garage upgrade. Shows all vehicles currently stored in your garage and lets you add or remove them by vehicle ID.

Rent Income
When tenants pay rent, the money accumulates in your house balance - it doesn’t go directly to your wallet. Use the Withdraw option in the Overview tab to collect it as cash whenever you want. Last modified on April 10, 2026
