The Staff page lists all current staff members organized into three tabs. Use it to identify who is on the team, what role they hold, and when they were last active.

Admins

The Administration team manages the server, enforces rules, and handles escalated issues. Each admin has a level that reflects their seniority and permissions.

Helpers

Helpers are volunteer community members who assist new players and answer in-game questions. They do not have admin powers but are your first point of contact for general guidance. The Helpers tab shows the same columns as Admins, with Helper-specific rank titles.

Leaders

Faction Leaders are players who run an in-game faction. They appear here with their faction name and leader rank badge. These are not staff members in the traditional sense but are listed for transparency.

Contacting Staff

If you need help from staff, use the appropriate channels:
  • General questions - ask a Helper in-game or on Discord
  • Reporting a player - open a Complaint through the panel
  • Account issues - open a Support Ticket through the panel
  • Getting unbanned - submit an Unban Request through the panel
Staff availability is not guaranteed at all times. For urgent issues, post in the Discord and a staff member will respond as soon as possible.
Staff data is cached for 10 minutes.
