The Tickets system is the official channel for getting help from the staff team. Use it whenever you encounter a problem that cannot be resolved in-game or through basic help channels.

When to Use a Ticket

Ticket Categories

Opening a Ticket

Click Create Ticket and fill in:
  1. Category - Select the most relevant type
  2. Subject - A short, clear summary of your issue
  3. Description - Full details of what happened, when, and any relevant context
Be as specific as possible. Include your character name, the approximate date and time, and any steps that led to the issue.

Tracking Your Ticket

All your tickets appear in the list with their current status:

In ProgressA staff member is actively working on it
ClosedThe issue has been resolved or the ticket was declined
Click any ticket to open the thread and read staff responses. You can reply to provide additional information.

Ticket as Admin

If your account has admin privileges, you can view all tickets on the server, not just your own. Admins can assign tickets to themselves and update their status.
Response times vary. Check Discord for any announcements about staff availability. Spam tickets or duplicates may be closed without a response.
