The Complaints system is the official way to report another player for breaking server rules. Complaints are reviewed by the admin team and can result in sanctions against the reported player.

Complaint Types

Non-RP BehaviourActions that break immersion or realistic roleplay standards
SwearingExcessive or targeted offensive language
Bug AbuseExploiting game bugs for unfair advantage
ScammingDeceiving a player out of money or items
HackingUsing cheats, mods, or unauthorized tools
FactionComplaints specifically involving faction members or leadership
OtherAnything that does not fit the above categories

Filing a Complaint

Click Create Complaint and provide:
  1. Reported player - The username of the player you are reporting
  2. Type - Select the violation category
  3. Description - A detailed account of what happened, when, and where in-game
  4. Evidence - Screenshots, video links, or other proof (strongly recommended)
False or malicious complaints are themselves a rule violation and may result in sanctions against the filer. Only submit complaints you can substantiate.

Tracking Complaints

Your filed complaints appear in the list. Each entry shows:

Possible Sanctions

If a complaint is upheld, the reported player may receive one of the following:

MuteChat mute for a set duration
JailIn-game jail sentence
License SuspensionDriving license suspended
Temporary BanTime-limited ban from the server
Permanent BanIndefinite removal from the server

Admin View

Admins can see all complaints on the server and manage them from this page. Standard players only see complaints they have filed.
