The Complaints system is the official way to report another player for breaking server rules. Complaints are reviewed by the admin team and can result in sanctions against the reported player.
Complaint Types
| Type | Use For |
|---|
| Deathmatch | Killing players without valid RP reason |
| Non-RP Behaviour | Actions that break immersion or realistic roleplay standards |
| Swearing | Excessive or targeted offensive language |
| Bug Abuse | Exploiting game bugs for unfair advantage |
| Scamming | Deceiving a player out of money or items |
| Hacking | Using cheats, mods, or unauthorized tools |
| Faction | Complaints specifically involving faction members or leadership |
| Other | Anything that does not fit the above categories |
Filing a Complaint
Click Create Complaint and provide:
- Reported player - The username of the player you are reporting
- Type - Select the violation category
- Description - A detailed account of what happened, when, and where in-game
- Evidence - Screenshots, video links, or other proof (strongly recommended)
False or malicious complaints are themselves a rule violation and may result in sanctions against the filer. Only submit complaints you can substantiate.
Tracking Complaints
Your filed complaints appear in the list. Each entry shows:

| Date | When the complaint was submitted |
Possible Sanctions
If a complaint is upheld, the reported player may receive one of the following:
| Sanction | Description |
|---|
| No Action | Complaint reviewed but no violation found |
| Warning | Formal warning added to their record |
| Mute | Chat mute for a set duration |
| Jail | In-game jail sentence |
| License Suspension | Driving license suspended |
| Temporary Ban | Time-limited ban from the server |
| Permanent Ban | Indefinite removal from the server |
Admin View
Admins can see all complaints on the server and manage them from this page. Standard players only see complaints they have filed.
