If your account has been banned, you can submit an Unban Request through the panel. The admin team reviews all requests and responds with an acceptance or denial.

Can You Submit a Request?

The Create Unban Request button only appears if your account is currently banned. If you are not banned, the page shows your request history with no submission option.

Submitting an Unban Request

Click Create Unban Request and fill in:
  1. Subject - A brief summary (e.g. “Ban appeal - [your username]”)
  2. Description - A full explanation including:
    • Why you were banned (if you know)
    • Why you believe the ban should be lifted
    • Any context or evidence that supports your case
    • A commitment to follow the rules going forward
Be honest. Admins can see your full punishment record when reviewing your request.
Submitting multiple requests for the same ban, or submitting requests with false information, can result in your appeal being permanently denied.

Tracking Your Request

All submitted requests are listed with their current status:
StatusMeaning
PendingSubmitted and awaiting admin review
AcceptedBan has been lifted - you can connect to the server
DeniedAppeal was reviewed and rejected
Click any request to open the thread and read the admin’s response. You may be asked follow-up questions by the reviewing admin.

After Acceptance

If your unban request is accepted, your ban is removed and you can connect to the server immediately. Note that your punishment record is not cleared - the original ban remains in your logs.

After Denial

If your request is denied, the reason will be stated in the response. You may be able to submit a new request after a waiting period, or the denial may be permanent depending on the severity of the original ban.
Response times depend on admin availability. For faster resolution, link your unban request in the Discord #appeals channel.
